Terms of Use
Using This Website
The rules for using rytley.com. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement.
Effective date: September 18, 2026.
Contents
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of rytley.com and any page we operate under that domain (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Rytley (“Rytley”, “we”, “us”), 410 Westhampton Way, Richmond, VA 23173, United States. Contact: hello@rytley.com.
3. Using the site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us and book a call. You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; try to gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it; scrape, crawl or copy it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; submit false information or impersonate anyone; send spam or malicious content through our forms; or interfere with the Site’s operation. We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Information, pricing and results
General information. The Site describes our services in general terms. It isn’t professional advice for your particular situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such.
Pricing. Prices on the Site are starting points to help you decide whether to talk to us. They aren’t an offer, and the price for any work is the one in the written quote or agreement we give you. We may change the prices shown on the Site at any time. Prices shown in pounds sterling are approximate equivalents provided for convenience.
Past results. Figures on the Site about revenue, views, deals, creators or return on investment describe our experience and past work. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, your market, your budget and the platforms themselves, and we do not guarantee any particular result, such as a video going viral or a specific return on spend, unless a written agreement with you says otherwise. Any comparison to typical market prices is based on published rates at the time it was written and may change.
5. Booking a call
Calls are booked through a scheduling page provided by YouCanBook.me, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a call doesn’t create a contract for services. Calls are free, and either of us can cancel or reschedule.
6. Our services
If you engage us, the work is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement). That agreement, not these Terms, sets out what we’ll deliver, the price, timing, usage rights in content, confidentiality and everything else about the work. If there’s a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement wins.
We require the creators and influencers we work with to disclose their relationship with the brands they promote, as the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in other countries require, and to make only claims the brand can substantiate. Clients agree to give us accurate information about their products and to tell us about any claims they cannot support.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, video, code and the Rytley name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Meta and other platform names on the Site are trademarks of their owners; we aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
If you send us ideas or feedback about the Site or our services, you agree we can use them without any obligation to you.
8. Third-party sites and platforms
The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example our scheduling page, and social platforms). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information. A link isn’t an endorsement.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the Site and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DON’T WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE. Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYTLEY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). This section doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law, and it doesn’t apply to services provided under a separate written agreement, which has its own terms. Some jurisdictions don’t allow some of these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to be responsible for, and to compensate us for, any loss, cost or claim (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute about the Site arises, contact us first at hello@rytley.com and we’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek an injunction in any court to protect intellectual property. Nothing in this section removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of where you live.
14. General
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site after that means you accept the change. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any written agreement between us are the whole agreement about the Site.
